Hydra Facial 7-in-1 Protocol

Recommended complete facial flow: 45–60 minutes.

  1. Client consultation and skin analysis.
  2. Cleanse the face and remove makeup, oil and SPF.
  3. Apply suitable prep solution or water-based glide where required.
  4. Use hydro dermabrasion handle on low suction first. Move slowly, never stay too long on one area.
  5. Focus on T-zone, chin and congested areas with controlled passes.
  6. Use ultrasonic spatula or ultrasonic handle for deeper cleansing/serum support if included.
  7. Use RF facial handle for firming support with gel. Keep movement constant.
  8. Use oxygen spray or serum infusion for hydration finish.
  9. Use cold hammer to calm the skin and reduce visible redness.
  10. Finish with serum, moisturiser and SPF.

Client Aftercare

  • Avoid heavy makeup, harsh exfoliation and heat exposure for 24 hours.
  • Use SPF daily and keep the skin hydrated.
  • Do not pick or scratch treated areas.

Laser Lipo 9-in-1 Protocol

Recommended body-contouring flow: 45–75 minutes depending on area.

  1. Consultation, consent, measurements and before photos.
  2. Confirm area: abdomen, thighs, arms, back, waist or hips.
  3. Place laser lipo pads flat against target area for 20–30 minutes.
  4. Apply ultrasound gel before cavitation or RF handles.
  5. Use 40K cavitation in slow circular movements over fatty tissue areas.
  6. Use RF for skin-tightening support. Keep the handle moving at all times.
  7. Use vacuum RF only when suitable. Avoid excessive suction and bony areas.
  8. Perform lymphatic drainage-style movements toward drainage pathways.
  9. Take final measurements/photos where appropriate.
  10. Explain hydration, movement and aftercare.

Client Aftercare

  • Drink water after treatment and maintain light movement.
  • Avoid alcohol, heavy meals and heat immediately after treatment.
  • Results vary and multiple sessions may be required.
